like: i like that the navigation is at the left for a change. they also have some flash adds on there. the title is at the top its really big so its easy to see it they use a good color font that goes with the back ground color.

dislike: i dont like the fact that there images arent the links to the videos insted they put the link under the images they should switch it to the image as the links. when you click the links they change to yellow i dont really like that.
